***** This event has now finished *****
SORRY, THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL…! Nothing expresses your principles like a living roof. They are key to expanding our urban biodiversity, and offer a host of benefits including improving the performance of solar cells, up to trebling the life of your roof, slowing water-run off and lowering energy inputs to your home by as much as 25%. And they look fantastic!
This workshop led by Lee Evans of Organic Roofs Ltd. www.organicroofs.co.uk will take you through the whys and hows, and includes a practical demonstration of a small shed retrofit so you can plan a wildflower meadow or simple sedum roof on your own shed, garage or extension.
Cost: £60 – to include a delicious light lunch and a glass of wine! The workshop starts at 10.30am and finishes at approx. 3.30pm. Spaces are limited, so give yourselves a treat and book early!
Location: The Garden House, 5 Warleigh Road, Brighton BN1 4NT
