Gardens, their secrets and stories, landscapes and plants, have inspired many authors. Join us for this very special workshop led by novelist and award-winning short story writer Julia Widdows, an experienced teacher of creative writing – and a keen gardener!

Using the garden around us for inspiration and a peaceful writing space, Julia will encourage us to look at examples of prose and poetry, fact and fiction, and to explore the many aspects of gardens in our own creative writing.

Cost: £50 per person to include a delicious light lunch and refreshments. This is a daytime workshop starting at 10.30pm and finishing at approx. 3.30pm
