Join our Bee-Keeping Workshop

Saturday 9 June 2012

Interested in bee keeping?  Keen to attract bees into your garden? Love the idea of harvesting your own honey?  Martin Tothill, a Brighton beekeeper of 4 years, leads this fun workshop. He will clarify the basic principles, the skills and the knowledge needed to become an amateur bee keeper.

What are the first steps to keeping bees?  See and try out the equipment, catch your first swarm, spin your first honey – plan your first three years.  Martin will also give a unique Brighton and Sussex perspective of beekeeping.

Cost: £60 – to include a delicious homemade lunch and a glass of wine.

This is a daytime event, starting at 10.30am and finishing at approx. 3.30pm. Spaces are limited so do book early!
