National Garden Scheme Open Day

Posted:8 April 2014

Visit The Garden House this Sunday 13 April, wed love to see you!  In Victorian times this large garden, tucked away in the heart of Brighton, was a working market garden it is now run on organic principles and gives interest all year round, supporting cut flowers, vegetables, fruit, old climbing roses and a pond.

The garden has many unique features created using recycled materials. You will also be able to meet our hens and see the progress that we have made in over the past year.

We will have plants, dahlias and seeds for sale.  Plus, of course, a range of delicious homemade cakes and refreshments!

The long running National Garden Scheme (NGS) allows many proud gardeners the opportunity to show off their skills for a couple of days each year – and all for good causes.  CLICK HERE to find out more.

Open: 11am to 4pm – entrance £3.50 (children free) – come with friends!

Location: The Garden House, 5 Warleigh Road, Brighton BN1 4NT
