Pests and Diseases with Harvest

Run in conjunction with Harvest our workshop on Pests and Diseases will show you how to identify and deal with the most common garden problems using a range of different methods.

Harvest Brighton & Hove is a partnership project which co-ordinates a city wide, integrated approach to producing more food within the B&H. Harvest has brought together lots of different organisations interested in food who will help people in Brighton learn to grow their own, make use of surplus produce and eat more tasty local food. www.harvest-bh.org.uk

Join us for a morning of discovery as we aim to answer your key questions:  What is a pest?   What are the options for dealing with them?  The truth about pesticides – can we get rid of pests organically?  What is biological control and how does it work?

This morning workshop starts at 10am and finishes at 1pm.

Cost: £25 per person and includes morning coffee and croissants.
