Practical Gardening: 6-week course

This practical hands-on course will cover a wide range of seasonal tasks necessary for maintaining a garden.

Propagation and pricking out of seedlings, taking cuttings, preparing a bed for planting, establishment and maintenance of plants, mulching and watering, staking and pruning.  We’ll also consider ideas for attracting birds and wildlife to your garden.

By building on the basics, we can guarantee you’ll cherish and enjoy your garden or allotment even more!

These evening sessions start at 6.30pm and finish at 9.15pm – Wednesdays 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 June, then 6 July 2011

Cost: £195 (or £175 for people who have attended our First or Second Time Gardener courses OR for two people booking together!) – to include delicious light suppers with a glass of wine!  Places are limited so do contact us as soon as possible.
