We are excited to announce that we are taking a group, via the ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe to visit the gardens of Normandy, and spending two nights in each of two historic cities, Amiens and Rouen.
We will be visiting several gardens, including Monet’s renowned garden and house at Giverny, the stunning contemporary gardens at Jardin de Plume, also Jardin de Agapanthe, Les Hortillonnages water gardens, and Vasterival gardens.
We are delighted that Paula McWaters, professional garden writer and former gardening editor of Country Living will give a talk in our hotel prior to our visit to Giverny, on Monet and the house and gardens.
We will be based in the beautiful cities of Amiens and Rouen, at two 4-star hotels, the Mercure Cathedrale Amiens and the Mercure Cathedrale Rouen.
Cost: For sharing a room, for four nights and five days the cost is £2,050 per person in a twin/double room, and for single occupancy the cost is £2,420 per person. This cost includes coach/ferry, accommodation, garden entrance fees/refreshments and tours, plus two suppers, a lunch and a welcome drink.
*Please note: We’re using an agent to book the trip so we are insured in the event of any difficulties. You will need your own travel insurance in case of illness/cancellation etc.
Dates: Monday 23 June to Friday 27 June 2025 – leaving Brighton at about 7.30 on Monday morning 23 June and returning Friday 27 June in the evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We give a full refund if you cancel 8 weeks or more before an event, workshop or course. Should you need to cancel within 8 weeks and are unable to attend, we ask you to find a friend to take your place. To assist you, we will also try to find someone to take your place, but if this is not possible we will not be able to offer a refund.
